What is GEAR Up NJ?

GEAR Up NJ is GearView’s signature initiative to inform the community about FIRST & mentor new and existing FTC teams. Our success led to program expansion & the creation of a collaborative community that promotes FIRST through exclusive events, increased participation, and sustained mentorship across New Jersey.

Services

Launch FIRST Teams

GearView partners with industry and non-profits to source funding to launch teams as well as providing direct mentorship and support throughout the new team's experience.

Mentoring

Through direct mentorship from 9848 or our Mentor-Mentee Match program, we support teams seeking mentorship opportunities. By increasing sustainability in FIRST regions, we empower teams to find the guidance they need to thrive.

GearView hosts a number of Events and Workshops each season to support our GEAR Up NJ teams be successful at Regionals and Beyond!
