Our Mission
At Gearview, we noticed a discrepancy in the population of FTC teams in our state. This motivated us to start our initiative, G.E.A.R. (Guiding Educators and Advancing Robotics) Up SJ, which aims to increase access to STEM education while enhancing the sustainability of FTC in South Jersey. In the 24-25 season, we successfully started 5 FIRST teams and consistently mentored them alongside 7 others.
